How are your prices determined?

Most services are priced by vehicle size — auto/small SUV, midsize SUV/truck and large SUV/truck — so you only pay for the space we actually work on. Ceramic coating is priced by package level, from Bronze up to Platinum.

How long does a full detail take?

Most interior or exterior details take 2–4 hours; the Premier Service Detail runs 4–6 hours. Ceramic coating packages are a full-day service, and headlight restoration or engine bay detailing is usually done in under an hour.

Do you come to me, or do I drop the car off?

We come to you. Exceptional Auto Detailing is a fully mobile detailing service serving Ocean and Monmouth County. We bring our detailing service directly to your location, so there’s no need to drop off your vehicle.

How often should I detail my vehicle?

For Jersey Shore driving conditions we recommend a full detail every 3–4 months, with maintenance washes in between. Ceramic-coated vehicles need far less.

Are your products safe for leather and delicate trim?

Yes. We only use pH-balanced, professional-grade products and dedicated pads for leather, Alcantara, piano-black trim and matte paint.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment method is only cash, Zelle or Venmo
